Location Upon arrival, our room had a strong, persistent mold/mildew smell. The replacement room we were offered had the same issue. We reported the problem in writing within hours of check-in; the only measure taken was carpet freshener, and no manager was available that day or the next. Traveling with a small child, we could not stay and checked out the same evening – we used none of the three nights we paid for. The property refused any refund, and mediation through Booking.com was unsuccessful. Photos of the room's condition were documented. The oceanfront location may be appealing, but based on our experience we cannot recommend this property to families.

The hotel was perfect only thing that it needs to do is upgrade the room appliance and room decor to modernized stuff but was a very nice stay and would definitely go back with the way it is now.

The hotel was right on the beach and clean Out toom key stopped working, we had no hot water, we've been trying for almost a month to get in touch with manager and get no return calls or help.

I didn’t use the hot tub, the pool was crowded with toys so difficult to swim however the water temperature was perfect. Chairs on deck were comfortable and many tables with umbrellas were available. Due to the lower price point there was no food nor beverages available. Restaurants are in walking distance of the hotel. I would stay there again due to the location and lower price point.
