There was a huge mouse in our room and roaches

Location The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of cigarettes. I paid for two nights and the smell was so bad that I couldn’t sleep the first night and I just left after that and gave up what I paid for on the second night.

Roach infestation in room 163. I am currently still in and they won't move me. I tried cleaning and bleaching myself the day after I was here and they defeated me. Covers are dirty and itchy. Carpet is moist which brings bugs. I tried to tell them on multiple occasions that I'm not comfortable and showed them multiple pictures of the live roaches and they simply ignored me and still hasn't changed rooms. I have a child in the room by the way. We can't sleep comfortable because the odor and bugs crawling on the beds. Mold and mildew growing in the rooms, shower curtain, hallway ceilings. I am tight on funds so I can't just leave. Just want comfort.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff at check in was not very helpful with directing me to my room. I was told to use the back door, but it did not seem to be close to the room. So I tried a side door but it was locked. Also the neighborhood seemed unsafe

Nothing They had bedbugs and they moved us to another room and it had bedbugs run full of homeless people and the place is dirty as hell and on top of that the room was not cleaned it had nut on the bed just bad

The place and rooms were clean and had just what I needed for the price
