The room was clean and the staff was pretty helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and razor and they had extras for me. There was a problem with our toilet running, and I had to constantly pick up the lid on the back and push down the flopper. I didn’t really eat much of the breakfast buffet or at the bar or restaurant but I did go for a glass of iced tea and I had to wait 20 minutes and then the iced tea came out like white like it was just water, but other than that it was a good stay.

The staff from the front door to the wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area

We had issues getting an Uber/Lyft (around 4:30 on Monday). The front desk lady (green eyes) was WONDERFUL helping us get one. She even ran down the driver who almost went passed us AGAIN! That was above and beyond!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our room and it was so quiet. We were just steps from the Shuster Theater which is where we love to go and see live shows. Wonderful experience will be back again.

The rooms were not well cleaned.

It was a good stay. For the price I was very disappointed because outside my window if felt like cranes was dropping at 530am, So I got up and left. I was very disappointed and maybe that room made it a terrible stay for me. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Just not a good stay for the price.

Breakfast was fine but not exceptional. Location near civic center was good. Parking was valet or off-site with plenty of nearby parking spaces available. No significant complaints / all good.

Parking was awful, no coffee in the lobby, staff was wonderful though.

Valet parking took way too long. The shower had very, very low pressure.

very fancy looking but flexible. I rode 90 miles from Cincinnati on our bikes and enjoyed a relaxing shower, clean room, and very comfortable bed.

Clean, good food/drinks next door.

Staff was amazing. Gave tips on the area, helpful advice. Bed was so comfy!

Just like other bathrooms in hilton gardens I've been in, they need to put a real door on it. I know Barn doors are all the rage , But a real closing door would be great in my opinion. That is all the criticism I have for this hotel. It was very very good.

Very nice place I got special attention and I think that's what everybody gets you right in the middle of things as far as Dayton Ohio's concerned very close to some other amenities I would recommend this hotel they treated me like royalty and highly recommended to friends and family and travelers also it wasn't too expensive!
