My expectations of the hotel surpassed my expectations. Upon arriving at the hotel. The front desk representative named Sam was spontaneous and well-mannered. Everything I felt extremely comfortable approaching him about my questions and concerns. He's an excellent representation for the company. In addition to the hotel chef's name, Maria (from New York), she really cares about all the guests and makes you feel right at home. All the food is definitely cooked with love. I observed her from a distance and all the time I saw her catering to all the guests in a positive and caring way. As for the housekeeper, the Spanish male, he was always doing his job, as did the black lady and the Spanish lady. The room is always clean and organized. I was beyond impressed with my stay at the hotel. I like everything. I love my trip to the hotel surpass.

Only stayed one night after cruise before flying home. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and my feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor of the room. My teenage boys enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was easy and convenient! Overall an okay stay.

Exceptional

Very clean and smelled amazing. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for the family The room was sooooo HOT. We had 4 fans going that we had brought with us from the cruise we were on and yes they were small fans but it was miserable! The pillows are pretty much nothing. We asked for extras and never received them. Even with 2 pillows both folded in half it was like you were sleeping directly on the matress without one. I maybe got 2 hours of sleep all night.

Breakfast was really good !

Staff are what made the stay so enjoyable. Staff were awesome from beginning to end. We arrived very early on the day of check-in and they happily stored our luggage until check-in time. Lots to do and eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast was fantastic. It is an older property so the rooms are basic and furniture is scratched and dinged, but everything was clean and exactly what we needed. We would stay again.

Our first room was beside the elevators, and the constant foot traffic was quite noisy. We had to negotiate a room change and, again, move all our luggage ourselves. The room itself was a decent size with a nice layout, a mini kitchenette, and two TVs. However, cleanliness was a major concern. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned, with visible stains and hair left behind. We also killed three cockroaches within 24 hours. When we requested additional towels, one still had hair on it. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch, but the variety was limited and the food was average at best. We arrived around 9 a.m. and saw pancakes, bread, and cereal but no fruit. Perhaps it was simply because it was a busy weekend. A special shout-out to the elderly cleaner (I didn’t get her name), who I noticed working diligently throughout our stay. She seemed to be doing her best. The swimming pool was nice, although there appeared to be a stray cat around the pool area, which was unsettling. Overall, I’d describe this as a typical 3-star hotel. It’s okay for a short stay, but given the price, I expected better cleanliness and service.

Checked into the hotel but no one said anything about breakfast, where it was served and the time. Came downstairs at 9:15 am and breakfast was over at 9:00am. Checked in at 4:00 and room wasn’t ready. Also key didn’t work. The shuttle service was great though

Clean room and hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast & hotel shuttle are the plus. If shuttle to the cruise port is included will be perfect. Outdoor pool is ok
