The facility felt dirty and not maintained. I couldn't even stay the night.

Pretty good breakfast. The lobby and hallways were very hot.

Staff person was friendly but the place is a dump and not maintained.

I also had to change rooms 3 times. The first room the refrigerator was extremely loud when running. The second room the ac was not working .

When I stay at a hotel, I don’t require the staff to come and clean my room as I have my own cleaning products and I upkeep the room, but whenever I felt that I needed something

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the carpeting in the floor was wet and nasty, the halls and common areas were very dated. And that was the smallest fitness center I have ever seen.

I had to cancel my reservation due to illness. The property would not consent to a refund. I think they should have refunded my money due to illness!

Nice and quiet. My room had a very bad bleach smell. It cause headaches daily and made it difficult to sleep.

The room was larger than we thought. The property is very nice, and breakfast was very good.

The security. Felt my family was safe. Breakfast was great. Many options. No vent in bathrooms. Pillows weren't great. No bags in trash cans.

Nice place, clean around the complex, NO noises from neighbors ❤️, and lovely delicious breakfast to our service. I like to walk with socks, but turned dark brown. The carpet was dirty and a strong smelly bad odor, and the bed was so hard and no comfy. The company need to improve and take action in taking care this issue. I will consider this for next choices before booking again.

A lot of details showing age- drooling exterior condensers, door paint, panels missing veneer in elevator. Pay for parking - I missed that one- $6/day. Security people walk the site. Easy access to interstate, but surrounded by parking garages. Had to ask for hair dryer 3 times over 2 days. Breakfast ok and staff there kept things in good shape. Never again.

The room was dusty on some surfaces as well as the curtains and there were no towels upon check-in. I was asked to go to the front desk to pick up towels rather than them bringing them to my room. There was a separate daily charge for parking which just felt like a nickel and dime tactic.
