location of the hotel was quite and staff was friendly there was a lot of humidity in the room, and the overall photos on the page looked much more maintained than the hotel was in reality. overall not very clean and there payment policy was very confusing

Not a lot If your a member if a large bus tour, fine. If you are solo or a couple, avoid as it is filled with busload after busload if noisy travellers occupying most of the space.

Nothing Absolutely ridiculous place for such high price per night. The breakfast was horrible.. they did not even have butter or jam !how are we supposed to eat dried and stale breads ! They were unable to understand what milk is!! The location was confusing and was very difficult to find. We had to pay 50k vnd extra to our cab driver because the location was not easy to find. Very unclean rooms. Even the beds were not made with fresh sheets! It was the most expensive hotel we booked in Vietnam..we got beachfront sea view rooms in 4 star hotels in much cheaper price in other cities in Vietnam

Friendliness of the staff. Hotel is a bit far from town, the room floor is sticky and the toilet is dirty. My room 205 has a window where the light from corridor shine into my room that causes me to unable to sleep whole night. In the end I took a board and towel to cover the window. A lot of tour operator choose this hotel. Everyday at least 2 tour buses stay at this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. You could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. But at night was quiet

- Nice bathroom - We booked this hotel because of gym listed on the property. The gym turned out to be closed, when addressing this to the stuff that they listed on booking something that is not accessible they did not see anything wrong in it and stated that the gym is normally free so no refund could be issued. - Stuff on the reception could not say a single word in English - Design - The address of this hotel on Google maps is totally different, we were lost and wasted lots of time with heavy luggage because of that

relatively newish hotel and everything functional. breakfast is provided, which is a bonus since this is not advertised. good location. low water pressure on 4 th floor ? daily tour group and screaming school children late night

Best hotel in Dalat. All the other hotels in Dalat are moughty and this hotel is not at all. Perfect location. I came back for 2 more nights after my stay in the mountains. nothing

The back of hotel, from my window room 214, there was a leakage of roof drainage system of the opposite house, water leaked to the underneath roof and created noisy, whole night, not easy to people who can not sleep quickly. We hope the hotel could fix this, we saw someone tried to do but failed. thanks

Nothing Strongly request people not to book, don't go with ratings it's a gimmic. Wonder how is booking.com letting this property stay ontheir site. It started with .. We checked in early , they charged us 30% of the price. Room had lot of ants, later after 1 hour they changed the room., The new room again was not having enough ventilation. The restaurant is worst. You have flies and other insects flying on the food all the while. not even worth 1 star. At the reception it was just one lady who understood a little english, she too was not present all the time so it was difficult conveying them any msg The bath toiletries provided were cheap.

Good location. So many things where do I start - there was mould in the toilet and up the walls, there was a leak in the ceiling so the whole bathroom was damp. We had to request that the staff replaced all our towels and we had to then keep everything out of the bathroom in our room because it was so insanitary. The lack of air con wasn’t a huge issue as it was cool during our stay but otherwise would have been a big one. The walls and door must have been so thin because every time anyone was on the same floor it sounded like they were in the same room as us - overall very noisy. We were also woken up very early every morning to what sounded like remodelling of the hotel with furniture being dragged across the room and persistent hammering sounds. The staff had extremely limited English which was a bit problematic but honestly the least of all the issues.

affordable price 1.it has the gym the guests are not allowed used due to covid time. 2.room 204 is very light polluted during daytime 3.room 201 has the smelly toilet due to the drainage i think. 4. the lift is not installed very reasonably. i need to scan my card even for ground floor.
