Exceptional value for the cost of the stay. My room was clean and stocked with toilet paper, soap and shampoo. I was able to request additional water as well. Staff was very helpful and kind. Only downside was the noise since my room was in the basement. Also, it gets a bit cold when it rains and there's no heater.

It is located in a good spot in town At night, the door will be locked, the staff will help to open the door but I feel that it’s somehow annoying for us guest and the staff.

Quiet and clean, receptionist was very kind and helpful. Facilities are acceptable, my room seemed renovating.

Friendly staff, modern and nice facilities. Laundry service and we were even offered to check-in at 7 am for a low price.

Room is clean and bed is big enough for my family including 2 adults 1 child. They have mini kitchen + sink inside, you can cook if you want. Bathroom is clean, hot water..etc

Location near the big city, the room is kinda mid, no house keeping service.

The hotel is in a good location for walking. Guys at the reception are nice & willing to help you with everything. They rent a motorbike for 150k Everything would be ok with a room, BUT there was mold on the walls what is horrible

- Staff were very friendly and sweet. - Super fast WiFi. - Nice art in the room, though not the original in the pictures. - Under the mattress looks very clean, no signs of bed bugs. - Good shower pressure and always hot water. I wish I could rate this place higher, as the staff were lovely, and also because I know they won't get as many reservations/money to make the improvements necessary, but I can't lie, so: - Found hairs in and on my bed when checking-in and in the bathroom sink. Yes, I could have told the staff, but there was already a language barrier and I was tired after my flight. It's more that the cleaning and attention-to-deal are not up to standard. - Dust in a lot of places: on the plants, the top kitchen shelf, the top of the wardrobe has a SUPER thick layer, I don't think it's ever been cleaned. Yes, I know, who cares about the top of a wardrobe? But it's more that "If they're not doing XYZ in terms of cleaning, what else are they missing?", you know? - Bathroom and room look so luminous in photos, but not the case at all. Think white medical/office lighting. - Walls need a new layer of paint. Random marks all over it, especially near the bed. - The mini-fridge doesn't cool/work (yes, I turned it on). If you can't really store things in the fridge, paying more for a kitchen is pointless. - Desk draws are broken. 1 doesn't open, the other doesn't stay shut. - A cockroach in the bathroom. - Can't open the main window, it's jammed shut. I think it leads onto someone's roof, as I can hear people talking next to it. Unfortunately, on my last night, someone left the outside light on, on that roof, shining directly into the room. You can open the very top window if you're tall like me or use a chair. - Awful soundproofing. Yes, the cars, but actually, that's not that bad, but even on the 2nd floor, people's voices (or people on the phone in reception) reverberate all the way up, it sounds as if they're down the hallway on the same floor, but they're not. People need to be mindful and use their "inside voice", instead of projecting.
