Cheap Close to night markets and dragon bridge - though this means it is also noisy at night Breakfast was fine. Cheap - you get what you pay for. There are 2 Benzen hotels close to each other. We stayed in the one closer to the river, and it felt rushed in its completion. It was cleanish, beds were hard, it was noisy at night. Ok for a night or two, if you're staying longer, maybe try elsewhere.

Great value for money! super close to the night markets and dragon bridge! Family room was spacious and bed was comfortable! Towels weren’t changed everyday so had to reuse wet/ used towels everyday if they didn’t dry in time from the previous night.

Good simple breakfast , no fruits, they will give you 3 n 1 coffee if you ask. If they could only understand a bit of English

This is a very nice budget hotel. The lady at the reception is very helpful and even helped me booked a Grab Taxi to the airport at 5 am!! There is no elevator, so beware you may need to carry your bags, but it’s totally worth it for the location and price. Just steps from the river and the Dragon show! And to the night market.

It's very cheap and close to the Dragon Bridge. It was very noisy, the bathroom was dirty and the staff is not so nice. The neighborhood had a little black out issue and they didn't even inform us. I'm very aware it's not their fault but at least a message to inform us about the problem. We had to write on booking app to have a little conversation while we were waiting in the hall with no lights and no electricity.

Everything about this property is 5* LOCATION- 15mins from the airport (£4), 2mins from the Night Market, 2mins from Dragon Bridge, Supermarket around the corner ROOM- Comfy bed, nice, clean and modern, kettle and ac in room FACILITIES- Laundry available in the hotel, very good wifi HOST- the best host we have had travelling around Vietnam. The lady called Doa is the sweetest person and will help you with booking any attractions, taxes, etc, she is always happy to help. Thank you Doa for looking after us Dont hesitate to book this place, I can strongly recommend it

-wonderful and kind people working there -most beautiful hotel and room on our trip in Vietnam, the wooden ornaments are wonderful looking, big bed -idyllic location, many plants, feld like paradies -very considerate, they made hot lemonade for me, when i was having a cold -if we ever come back to Hue, we would definitly come back here

Free breakfast (bánh mì), we all enjoyed eating it. Unclean room and comfort room. No hot water. There's still drinks and foods waste in the fridge from the previous occupant.

Overall, I had a really nice stay. The room had all the amenities: kettle, mini-fridge, air-con, a fan, a desk, TV. The location was really good as well. The air-con didn’t work properly, it cooled the room but not anywhere near to the temperature it was set to. Some areas (behind the TV, under the bed etc) might not have been cleaned for years.
