Staff were friendly and can communicate well. They also kept our room clean everyday. The rooms were very spacious, neat and comfortable. Ideal for big groups / families. They even communicate thru chat for updates regarding your rooms and stay. Amenities are curated nicely although the pool bar is kinda lacking. Laundry services are also available which was very convenient. Nothing

Great room, Room description was inaccurate. There was a small bunk room adjoining which was not accurately described, nor any photos of the bunk room. Other than that rooms were clean, spacious and great view. Pool was poorly maintained There are a large number of permanent residents in the building - dogs in elevator for example

The rooms are truly comfortable and spacious, well furnished and equipped. It was very convenient for the four of us with two children. I could also work comfortably. There is a beautiful view from the window of both the ocean and the city. Floor to ceiling windows are wonderful. My favorite thing was having tea by the window at 5 a.m. The room is clean and spacious. Housekeeping is done daily. The pool is clean. It has saltwater, which was a bonus for us. There is also an ocean view from the pool. There is no tableware in the room, but it is brought promptly upon request. To get to the pool, you have to cross the road. This is quite stressful, especially with children. There is no café or even a bar in the hotel where you can order drinks. The pool bar operates inconsistently. We were there every morning before 10, and only on one day were we able to order drinks.

The pictures are very misleading. It looks like a brand new property and it’s not. The room had a mildew smell and was showing winds of wear and tear. The windows have not been cleaned in ages on the entire property. The breakfast offering was meager. The pool is across the street. You can find nicer properties for the same price.

The only down side to the hotel is the location. It is the less developed area of the main strip, quite a distance from the main beach area and 'tourist town' was about a 45 minute walk away. Taxis are cheap and instantaneous and the reception staff showed us how to get the hotels 20٪ discount on GRAB. It would of been nice to have had more nightlife and retail options xloawr to the hotel.

We booked the king suite which was excellent and very comfortable and had perfect view of the beach. Gym & work station area was good too. Surprised that there was no concierge on arrival. Had to carry own bags up stairs and into reception. No one to welcome us on arrival. The breakfast was underwhelming, particularly the lack of fruit selection. Did not realise, there was no restaurant/cafe on site or option for room service too. I had a higher expectation, for a 5 star hotel.

They provided the best service even with a cheap price, compared to the other hotel that I had ever been in Danang. Asides from that, the hotel has a good location that I can enjoy my vacation even in a raining day. There are some famous restaurants around that I can get there on foot, some convenient stores as well. The pool was so cool to stay for hours. I think there is a sticker on windows which blocked our view. It's better if we can have a clearer view to the beach.

Everything was great and the staff made it more greater especially the receptionist (Cherry). The room was hot once we arrived but all was good in few mins!
