Very polite and nice staff, room was quite comfortable and everything worked nicely

The hotel room was quiet, no noise from street. I liked the staff. They made an effort to help me with my needs. Bathroom was a little tired, need to be updated.

The staff was nice and proactively upgraded my room for free. I think overall it’s great value for money so perfect if you are traveling on a budget. I want to preface that the overall experience was more than fine, but my rooms had a lot of cocooned bugs and ants. Overall the facilities are old. Grimy yellow plastic, slowly draining sink and shower. This kind of slightly inconvenient things.

Still (and always) my favorite hotel in Da Nang. Lovely staff, big and clean rooms, comfy, great location... Everything is great there!

When we got in, they upgraded us for free. Our rooms AC wasn’t working properly and the front desk was so nice and sent a worker to look at it. When that still didn’t fix it, they swapped our rooms super quick (still with the upgrade from original booking) and were so nice about it. Laundry service was fast. Probably the best budget friendly hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam so far!! Nothing

No hot water when I was there yet in Da Nang the water is never cold. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with good internet. Tv with cable network.

The hotel is close to the river, on a quiet street. I booked a superior room with a river view, but unfortunately I didn't get one, so I was disappointed because that was the only reason I chose this hotel. They offered to change the room for the next night, but I left early in the morning for a trip to Hoi An and didn't get back until late in the evening, so the change couldn't happen. The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable. It would be necessary to put a curtain on the window, not just a blackout, because you can easily see in from the neighboring house. It's not good to be in the dark all day in the room, because there is only a blackout, no curtain. The daily cleaning is done very early, at 8 am, so if you want to sleep longer, you can't, because the noises from the corridor wake you up. Overall it was good.

Everything was great. Modern, clean, and very well placed. The staff is extremely helpful and present. Would recommend this as Da Nang's first choice

All good.

Overall okay only the water flooded in the bathroom, there were mosquitos in the room and the view on the 2nd floor was a bit limited. Also the curtains showed a lot of light. The receptionist was friendly.

Room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated, tv a little outdated Our toilet was blocked when we arrived and kept filling with water but was cleared quickly by staff, we lost our room and had no problem paying for it, when trying to pay we were told we could not pay by card which we weren’t advised of lots of not nice alternative options suggested before agreeing to take the payment by card with the 2%

The location Shower too slow for bathroom

Good location - near the dragon bridge and lots of interesting food choices nearby. The bed was comfortable. The young man that worked the front desk went out of his way to help us find a pharmacy that was open on Tet. He also arranged transportation for my husband to retrieve his lost wallet and then he showed up on his motorcycle to make sure my husband found the correct office. Good service! The shower could use more water pressure. It’s nothing that couldn’t be fixed by an adjustable shower head.
