An interesting hotel experience overall. The property appears quite large, yet we hardly encountered any other guests during our stay, which felt a bit unusual. The rooms are furnished in an older style, but it is noticeable that the bathroom was well cleaned and maintained. However, the main issue was the smell in the room – a stale, stuffy odor, likely due to insufficient ventilation. Breakfast is simple but adequate to start the day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Although their English is limited, they genuinely try their best to assist and make the stay pleasant. Overall, a decent stay with very kind staff, but some improvements in room freshness would make a big difference.

The décor and furniture was exceptional. There were 2-3 steps to get to the elevator. If you have heavy luggage, this would be good to know.

Great location for whenever I visit Milan. It’s secure, cars gated in, clean, the staff are friendly and really helpful, rooms are great, breakfast very good. Really terrofic
