It could use some small repair but that’s pretty customary for this island.

Think air freshener in room would be a plus

It was quiet The lights went out more than once there, and the ac took a whole day to cool the room off, smh it wasn’t a comfortable arrival or wasn’t like the hotel gave u a good enough ambiance to even want to be in your room much

the location is decent. not too far of a walk from the beach, a few bites & a grocery store. customer service, terrible. all employees attitudes were terrible. the elevator didn’t work, my boyfriend had to drag 3 huge luggages up 3 flights of stairs. no help from employees. the shower set up is horrible. it literally flooded the bathroom floor. they didn’t have any additional towels or wash cloths.

It had good (free) parking but it looked nothing like the pictures though, still comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean room

I love the location it was close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. This was my 2nd stay at this location and it was mediocre. There's a mildew smell in the room which was the same for my 1st stay. The bathroom had mildew stains in the shower. Stayed for 3 days and the elevator was out the whole stay. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep only this will do.

Tiolet paper and towels were not replenished without asking. Staff even offered nose tissue in place of tiolet paper and had I not declined, she would have gladly given it. Room was never cleaned. I requested it once but nothing happend. As I did not cause a mess, this was okay. Guest trash left out in hallwyas for more than 24 hours.

Elevator did not work rooms were dirty smelt like mold amenities were broken hotel staff not always kind understaffed unprofessional did not get any housekeeping

The staff was very friendly and honest. The room was spacious. I dont like that im still charged a extra tax when i check in. The room was not properly cleaned. The toilet paper wasn't restocked.

Had not paid for it. The roo was too cold and humid upon arrival

The location is excellent! Waking distance to the beach and Cupecoy Port where you can find a lot of restaurants The bathroom can be improved: sink and shower

Nothing. DISGUSTING PROPERTY!!! THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD RED BLACK AND BROWN STAINS. ANTS ON THE FLOOR AND IN THE BED DISGUSTING!!!! Everything. ELEVATOR STUCK! TRASH IN HALLWAYS FOR 4 DAYSSSSS

In addition, the room AC was not initially working and I had to go get maintenance to fix it. In addition, the shower hose was broken and did not hold up.

At first I thought I liked the rate but it’s not worth it. The location isn’t bad probably the best thing about the place. The attitude of the staff. They were not welcoming at all and came off rather rude. My room wasn’t clean and when I was moved to another room the room had a musty smell and my shower was dirty as in there was build up like who is in charge of cleaning…that seriously needs to be addressed.

The location was good with places to buy foods I didn't have tv to watch
