Very good service and friendly would recommend it

Clean & large rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely comfortable beds and good facilities. Lighting a bit gloomy. Could do with automatic lighting as the lift opens onto the corridor.

Excellent welcome from the staff, who were all very professional and friendly. Bedrooms were big, clean and comfortable Service for meals and the bar was very good

The staff at Padbrook Park couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel has a 'family run' feel, while the standard was what we'd expect from a more exclusive chain of hotels. Food in the restaurant was of high quality, and our room was large. Our car had broken down and the staff went out of their way to help us.

Staff were very welcoming & friendly when I checked in. Room was spacious, comfortable & very clean. Dinner (the pork belly) was banging, so good!! Breakfast was very good - sadly I was full so didn't finish it. Nothing to dislike.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel We were attending a private function and had booked separately and so had no discount offered. Would of been nice to have been offered Breakfast as part of our booking when had made it known that that's why we were there. Other than that the staff were exceptional and the hotel very clean

Breakfast choices were good , service was good ? Better central heating, as staying in early March I had to keep the heating on 24hrs
