The bathroom and balcony were really nice and the host was really kind. The breakfast was big and nice. The towels and bedsheets had some little marks, I don't believe that they were dirty, but they could have been taken better care. The people sleeping in the other 2 rooms were really noisy in the early morning

Very good location near the historic center and Lungomare. Very kind and kind owner. After a whole day of sunbathing, we arrived a little later and check in was not a problem. Having an elevator, which if you have more luggage, is an exceptional advantage. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner had turned on the air conditioner in advance, which in view of the heat outside made our accommodation extremely pleasant. Thank you very much for that! Possibility of parking on the street in front of the entrance of the building. Delicious breakfast in the common area with many dining options. Large water tank on the balcony with two gas water heaters, noisy when heating the water.

The bnb was very clean, comfortable and new, with all the necessary facilities. The host was very kind and helpful. For breakfast many options were available in the common area. Location was nice as well. The only flaw for me were the thin walls, not the best if you are a light sleeper.

The location was good and the breakfast had plenty of food and the selection was varied. Fresh pastries every morning was great too. Rina was warm and friendly. The breakfast area was very small, hard to fit 4 people in. The water temp in the showers went from hot to cold but we did not report this. Didn’t realise we would be so close to the next room and they were noisy. One of the rooms over looked the street and big rubbish bins so we didn’t use the balcony. The rubbish was not that of the property but of the town.
