Odalys Hotel New Solarium

Location is good next to Gondola Very dirty hotel . Smelling bad from lobby to rooms . I got Dirty sheets with hair on and hair on pillow !. At check in Staff gave a promise to change room and let us wait then after 1 hour i went to her and check and ahe said sorry not possible , did not bother herself to come and say and waste our time waiting ... room looks very very very old you travel in time to 90s movie also so small

Great location for skiing, rentals were in the building and just a quick walk across the road to the slopes. Breakfast was great. Limited menu for the evening.

Breakfast was ok. The hotel lobby smells. The carpets in the hotel are worn and soiled. There is no lift to the rooms on 6th and 7th floor. My room had inadequate lighting. The bath is super small. I paid 2700 for 3 nights for this!

Excelent location, in front of the ski lift ; beautiful view from de hotel; delicious breakfast; team very kind and friendly; ski store inside the hotel: perfect!!

They have crepes once a week. It is next to the ski lift and there is a ski rental place downstairs. The pool and hot tub and sauna are nice. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful when they were there . The food was fine The curtain broke in our room before we came and every day they had to come with 3 men and a ladder to try to fix. It was very disruptive and one night we even had to change rooms. I almost cut off my toe standing up on a window trying to fix it. The room was extremely small and the layout didn’t make sense. You couldn’t close the curtain because there was a desk. When they fixed our curtain once they left a chair upside down on the bed. There was no phone in the room so every time we needed something we couldn’t call we had to physically walk up the stairs to ask for anything We never got any new water despite asking (not even bottled water, just carafe). We left dirty towels on floor and they either didn’t take them, didn’t give us new ones, or gave us wet or dirty ones. It was difficult to tell if the maid had even been there despite saying the room had been serviced. There are basically no toiletries just a body wash on the wall. So it feels much more like an Airbnb than a hotel

In one of the most exclusive ski resort town in the world, this hotel is a relative bargain. But you know why once you check in. The hotel has seen its glorious days and definitely shouting for a complete renovation. There are still several pluses. The location is nice, walk to ski lift across the street. The breakfast room has beautiful views. The best part is the staff in the ski locker room. They put on and take off your ski boots every time! A rare lux treatment, rarely offered at even the most pampering resorts. 10/10 for the ski locker staffs!

Stayed here 4 times before . In truth the hotel is not in ‘ the first flush of youth ‘ but is still acceptable. Great position , friendly and helpful staff , good breakfasts and , for Courchevel, almost good value for money ?

Good choice of breakfast items It was a shame that Bananas were not available for a number of breakfast despite asking at 7:40.

The staff is very nice and helpfull The bathroom should de renovated . Our room was below the kitchen and we couldn't sleep after 6.00 am well because ou the noise !

Very central, nice staff Bedroom rather old.

Cosy and well priced The shuttle service into town finished way to early and it was a difficult location to get too and from after bubble closed at 7:15
