Pool was nice. Staff attentive and helpful.

Very suprised Casino was attached no going outside to get to it. Staff was very friendly it was a girls trip cuz was my birthday they left me a card while we were out that was really nice. We especially liked the noon check out time too. Room was great cleam and roomy for 3 women with all their things. Parking was the only issue people parked in fire lanes and places not marked for parking making getting through to find a spot hazardous n possible accident happening.

Room was great - going through a lot of construction but overall a great stay and close to our plans!

Room was nice / Liked the Fitness Room / Pricing There was some confusion on my part on your list of Amenities it listed breakfast. When we asked the front desk attendant about breakfast time, she gave us the times but said we had to pay for the Buffett. Might want to make that change on the website .

Only thing missing was hot tub, no free breakfast - spent more than planned on

Our room was nice size! Clean Room. easy walk to the casino floor. cleaning staff very generous with extra coffee pak.

Good location for what we were there for. Casino and Bass Pro. Staff friendly and the place was clean. The first room we got stuck in was hit upon arrival. My wife turned the temp down and we left to the casino. When we returned, the room was hotter than before so front desk changed rooms for us. Better but not by much. Filters need to be changed. All dirty and almost plugged.

Staff did not allow us to use the stairs even though they are not “emergency” exits only. The elevators were quite slow and honestly it was just faster to walk down the stairs from level two. Breakfast cook/server was awesome. Super friendly and sweet. The pool was very small and didn’t seem very clean. Water was cloudy and pool capacity was only 7 people.

The room, bed, bathroom was clean except for the shower there’s mold on the tile floor where the glass door at Very notice gross.

It was a nice stay for my grandchildren, husband and I to stay at. The only thing I did not like there was not a room for 5 that had a cot or pull out bed Given to us a air mattress that was not too great.

The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.
