die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist super sauber und wir haben die ländliche Umgebung genossen. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and helpful! The house is beautiful and we really loved the village of Cossogno. Recommended for sure. The room was tidy and nice with an own balcony, and we slept like babies in the bed. Cossogno is really cute with old stone houses. There's a nice path through the village on tiny alleys to see the Roman bridge and stream. You can walk other way via crucis above the village. There's a nice local restaurant 100m away and the hosts can make a reservation for you. Tip: you don't have to order antipasto, primo and secondo, we were really stuffed after 2,5 dishes and couldn't finish everything. The only thing that was little stressful for us, were the tiny roads you drive to the village. But ofc it's not the hotel's fault. Take it easy if you have a big car and/or you are not used to mountain roads.

Carlo and Ettore are great hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Lovely, clean rooms, great breakfast, great location. Highly recommend. Nothing

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Owner was super friendly and got us a reservation at an excellent restaurant a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Lovely room with antique furniture and all amenities you can think of. Beautiful view from the balcony. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, making sure we would have a perfect stay. Our day couldn't have started better than with breakfast on the sunny terrace with lake view. We would have appreciated even more vegan options at breakfast - but we were offered a very tasty cappuccino with soy milk.

Très belle surprise à 10 mn à peine de Stresa en voiture...comme un gîte de montagne, douillet et raffinée, un accueil particulièrement chaleureux, des chambres assez spacieuses et d une propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner buffet copieux proposant aussi des produits regionaux, le parking au pied du gîte...vous l aurez compris, un vrai coup de coeur que nous vous conseillons vivement.

The cosiness and cleanliness of this guesthouse are unmatched. The location is amazing, quiet, and sunny in the middle of winter. Ettore and Carlo are real gems, nice to talk to, and helpful in so many ways. My dog and I will gladly come back!

Carlo and Ettore are very nice and helpful hosts. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view to the mountains. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the sunny terrace. If you want to explore Lago Maggiore, this is the perfect place to stay. Carlo and Ettore can give you advise about what is worth to see.

Lovely property in a super quiet village with great views down to the lake. Hosts were so friendly and great recommendations of things to do/ where to go etc. easy to explore lake maggiore and smaller local lakes. Great breakfast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread, cheese, meats and always some home made cake. Restaurant just round the corner had gorgeous food at very reasonable prices. Local walks were good Curtains were super thin, and balcony lights don’t go out until 11pm. This didn’t bother us but you might need an eye mask.

Very nice room in a cute village, great value for money and the loveliest host. Don’t miss booking a table for dinner at the restaurant of the village, it’s excellent.

It was totally over expectaion May be first time when for that aforradable price we got - Clean water with constant flow - Perfectly working furniture and plumbing, yet fitting historical desgin of the room - Very friendly host - Perfect conditions for my cat - Attention to the details: wall paintings, interesting tableware
