New establishment with beach access and pier. Lots of open parking spaces and walking distance for a morning or evening walk. Even though the building construction next door and driveway entrance, my stay was very peaceful and the rooms very clean and big with a window view of the Gulf of Mexico. I will make this my primary hotel stay hotel when coming to Corpus Christi. Driveway entry and the building construction next door.

It is the perfect spot. Very clean, smells great. The staff were friendly. I’ll keep coming back. I liked everything about the property.

Exceptional

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was excellent loved the fact the beach access was literally next to us. The construction was right next to us and that we had to pay for parking. I think the person's that use the parking lot to go to the beach should pay for the parking not the guest that already paid for the stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. The pancake maker was out of order. Waffle maker would be nice too! Can I make a suggestion about putting a faucet by the patio outside of the beach so when we can wash our feet before going up to the hotel so we don’t have sandy feet.

This is our go to hotel in Corpus. The fact that its on the beach is awesome! Very clean & well maintained. Staff is friendly & helpful.

Great view of the bay, no pool, but they have their own private beach so why need a pool, room was wonderful, and the breakfast spread was the most inclusive I've ever experienced outside of a hotel having it's own restaurant. They have a fitness center and guest washateria inside as well. The only negative was when we were walking back to the elevator on the first floor we did smell someone smoking a certain herb used for recreational purposes, but I can't exactly blame the hotel for another guest's actions.

The breakfast was great and it's right on the ocean.
