Staff were so kind

Bad location, you have to wlak everywhere. Restaurant at hotel are horrible

the pool is very very small comparing with the hotel size. No parking around, only parking garage you have to pay and the holding in your credit card can take up to 7-10 business day . I don’t see any need to keep that hold in my credit card once my checkout was done and no extra charges were needed !

This was an absolutely amazing experience – we spent a staycation girls weekend here and the staff was absolutely exceptional. Jeffrey in the lobby was so helpful every day and personable as well as Vaughan at the pool & Brandon.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. I had two rough days outside of the hotel and coming back to my room with the attentive staff made me feel cared for. Sadiq at the front desk is a gem. From the moment we checked in, his demeanor was calming. He gave my daughter a loew teddy bear. The second night, I had ordered some doordash. All other hotel stays with food orders, I've had to go down to retrieve them. As I was waiting Sadiq was exiting the elevator and brought exactly 3 water bottles (one for each of us). I wanted to cry. He has an excellent memory. Valet always had the vehicles on time. This location is an extremely well run place. I will stay with Loew Coral Gables again should that opportunity arise.

Very nice clean and well maintained

A very modern hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. The room service was blindingly quick. The pricing of the food between the Americana restaurant and the room service didn't make sense, but the food is decent in both places. Room service was actually cheaper for the same food.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. I can walk from the hotel to DT Coral Gables. A popular restuant surrounds the hotel. They also have a delicious pastry shop at the lobby N/A

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The team was incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged an early check-in, which made a wonderful first impression after a long journey. Every member of the staff was consistently attentive, approachable, and always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed, remarkably spacious, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail reflects comfort and quality. The property feels extremely safe, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Even the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Room service was prompt, and every meal I ordered was delicious. I also appreciated the fitness center, which is modern, spotless, and very well equipped. A special thank you to Edmund and Timothy at reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly elevated my experience and made my stay memorable. I travel frequently and have stayed in many excellent hotels, but the level of service and attention to detail at Loews Coral Gables Hotel genuinely stands out. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Miami. I wish they had a sauna…
