Location was awesome! Metro was just across the street and many nice places were within waking distance. Breakfast was delicious and had a good assortment, and the restaurant staff were friendly and hardworking. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable. The old, stained, and musky hallway and bedroom carpets need to be stripped and replaced with tiles. The bathroom size was good, however, the design makes the place all wet when you shower. Noise from the street below was loud. The hotel, overall, it's in need of a good cleaning and updates.

It is across the train station, very convenient to everything jn the central of town. The breakfast was amazing, especially the pastries! Staff is very friendly and kind. The water in the shower didn’t work the last day I was there so I could not take a shower before going to the airport. Things are a bit outdated for the price point. I went close to winter so I didn’t have to open the windows, but the train across the street can be a little noisy if you are sensitive to that. They do give you earbuds though.

    The big room and location

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Although the hotel room is small, it provides almost everything: lotion, conditioners, bottled water and even workout weights. None

Sink was broken, someone’s hair on the pillowcase before first stay, windows hit the tv and one’s bed if open, etc.

loved my terrace. Room was on the small side but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The location was excellent and the breakfast was excellent too. Staff was very nice and helpful, even let me play the piano as I was rehearsing for a date I had to sing in the Copenhagen jazz festival. I felt safe walking around alone any time of day or night carpet needs an update

Very nice, quiet and clean room, 7 min walk from the main train station in the Center. Super comfy, clean bed and towels. Complimentary coffee, tea water. Bathroom needs a bit update, but clean, functional Bathtub and sink had slight cracks

The best aspects were the breakfast, the warm atmosphere, and the great location. To be fair, though, the room they assigned us had a poor view but was peaceful and quiet. Our room was very small. Unfortunately, the children’s bed was just a converted sofa, which was extremely uncomfortable for my kids and made the room feel even more cramped. We had specifically reserved a twin-bed room and even emailed to ask if the beds could be joined together—they confirmed yes. However, there was a small wall-mounted drawer between them, so we couldn’t push them together at all. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was disappointing. There was no phone in the room for contacting reception. The staff was generally polite and helpful, but the young receptionist on afternoon shifts wasn’t as friendly—he could have been more courteous. In the lobby, there’s a piano, and my children played on it a bit. He came rushing over and said it was forbidden; if we hadn’t been there, he might have scolded the kids. The day before, it wasn’t an issue, but suddenly it was. I asked why—since the kids were just playing—and suggested they tape it off or cover it if it’s really off-limits. No response! It was an unpleasant attitude. No slippers were provided in the room for after showering!!! When I asked, they said it’s a 3-star hotel, so it’s not available. The TV in the room had no children’s channels or international options. The bathroom light flickered like something out of a horror movie when you turned it on. The complimentary bottled water was only for the first day—after that, nothing. They told us Denmark’s tap water is drinkable.

The location and the breakfast The bed, and the stuff

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

The location is great. You're only a short walk away from the central square and Tivoli Gardens. On top of that, if you use the train system, you're practically across the street. If you're on a budget, it's not a bad idea to visit the neighboring Netto to buy some food and snacks. The room itself was surprisingly large. It had a queen-size bed, a nice street view, and was simple and elegant. The bed was comfortable and I slept just fine. The breakfast was great and filling. They offered scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, vegetables, sliced meats, fresh bread, juices, coffee, and just about everything else you'd hope to see at a modern hotel. The bathroom was the issue here. It was rather small, the light flickered quite a bit when I turned it on, and the shower was very narrow with the curtain drawn. On top of this, my body wash and conditioner dispensers were either empty or nearly empty. It seemed like it needed some updating.

The hotel is close to train station hence noisy especially at night but proximity to train station is good

Location pretty good Old hotel, hot water did not work, elevator broken, reminded me of a 1970's era hotel. A lot of kids - family friendly enough.
