Great location Price is high for what you get. Room was quite under-maintained and needed repairs. Balcony needed to be oiled. Room 623. Breakfast selection was okay, stations were laid out poorly. Room key on app didn't work consistently, so had to get a physical key as well.

The hotel is in the heart of Copenhagen. 5 minute walk from central station and tivoly. It was an old building the rooms were renovated but they could give a little more effort in bathroom instead keeping the old bathtub they could have shower which is more comfortable. Also the elevators must be repaired they are scary.

The beds were comfortable and and room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all extremely helpful and nice. The location was great for what else we were doing in the city and it was easy to get to and from as well. We reserved two rooms. In one of the rooms A/C was not working properly and it made it harder to sleep. The The tub is very tall and has a sloped bottom so if you have any mobility or balance issues, it would not be a good fit for you!

Excellent location to discover the Centre on foot. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff Important to notice that the room isn't automatically serviced when you stay more than one night... seems that this early notice system must be ask. This is becoming more and more used in the Nordic Countries. This was new to me...

The breakfast was good and the cocktails at the bar also ;) The shower in my room was terrible, the hole floor was wet after a short shower.

Location was great, walkable to many of the main tourist attractions, and also near train lines. Staff was patient and helpful. Hotel caters to large tour groups. Lobby was sometimes crowded and staff were busy, which resulted in some waiting time.

Friendly staff and welcoming surroundings. Restaurant on site and central location. Slightly tired decor in places.
