Missing AC. Opening the windows helps a lot, but the birds will not let you sleep well starting 4am and so does construction site. 2 pieces mattress is not very comfortable

Construction happening on the street that starts at 8:00AM. No A/C but staff was nice and made sure we had 2 fans which helped cool us down with the cooler night weather

The Staff was nice and helpful. The room was quiet. There were no amenities. No air conditioning. Small room that was expensive for no services.

The location is excellent. The breakfast includes a variety of salty and sweet dishes. The room was quite large, with a sofa and well-furnished. The shower is rather small and without a curtain or protective door. It is impossible not to get the rest of the bathroom wet.

The location, the staff, the room though small was very nice. There were warm temps in Copenhagen & the room was quite warm (even with the work does open).

Our executive queen was very comfortable and it was ait conditioned. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. All of the staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The team's genuine care made a stressful situation much easier for us. Location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and nice clean rooms. So convenient to lots of restaurants, the main colored buildings and the canal boat rides. Really recommend this hotel, highly. Close to metro, bus/trains.
