The hotel is located in a slightly quieter area away from the busiest streets, while still being very central. All the main attractions of the city can easily be reached on foot. I particularly appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was, even at night. The common areas are spacious and well maintained. The rooms are newly renovated, and furnished in a modern style. Well-located hotel, ideal for exploring the city on foot without giving up peace and quiet. We had requested a quiet room on a high floor, and the hotel did accommodate this request. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, it felt unusually cold. We switched off the air conditioning, but a light flow of cold air continued to come through the ventilation system. We tried calling reception, but nobody answered, so we went downstairs in person. We explained the issue to the receptionist, who told us that the ventilation system could not be completely switched off and that, according to their control system, the room temperature was 24°C. As everything appeared normal from their side, we were told that we could not be moved to another room. Instead, we were given an electric heater. As a result, on August 10th, we had to sleep with an electric heater running in our room. The following morning, we returned to reception because the situation was extremely uncomfortable. We also reported that the TV stand and minibar area were dirty. We were told that maintenance would inspect the ventilation system and that housekeeping would clean the room. When we returned, we found a note from the maintenance technician confirming that the temperature sensors were not working correctly and that the air was coming out at 21°C. The note specifically instructed us to go to reception to have our room changed. The dirt around the TV stand was still there, as housekeeping had not returned to clean it. At reception, we were offered two alternatives: a room on the second floor facing the main road, where traffic could still be heard despite the soundproof windows, or a quieter room on the fourth floor, but with twin beds. With no other suitable option available, we accepted the latter, despite having booked a king-bed room as a couple. The staff apologized and offered either breakfast for one day or complimentary use of the hotel bicycles during our four-night stay.

Loved the location, the room, the facilities. I didn't like the fact that, before check-in and after check-out, the luggage was left in an open room with the sign that says "at your own risk/responsibility". It sounds careless and impolite for a great hotel

Location to city centre and the river, very friendly staff (apart from roof bar staff) and nice and clean. The roof bar staff were unhelpful and would rather attend to their mobile phone than serve, when I asked for a hot chocolate she said there was no milk however I could see it in the fridge as the male staff had brought it half an hour earlier.

The room and hotel location we’re just fine and we went everywhere in the city on foot. I don’t know if they have a plumbing problem or it was just my room, but both the shower and the sink did not drain well. Their staff really pushes you to handle your check-in needs on a screen utilizing no help from them.

The location and comfort was good had to ask for clean towels 3 times before receiving them The staff on reception and bar were dismissive and we were charged for water

Buffett breakfast on the 6th floor was excellent. Great variety, friendly staff. The dining room on the main had a different selection every night. The staff was excellent, friendly and engaging. The chef is superb. The selection of spices complemented each other.
