Best Western Holiday Hotel

The staff was wonderful and I had accidentally left some items int he room. They called us shortly after weleft and let me nkow so we weren't too far and could turn around. The sink in our room wouldn't drain, and when we were checking out we let them know. They were really on top of it with maintenance which is how he found my things I had left behind. We truly appreciate the honesty and the friendliness.

This is a Motel. Not at all what was expected when I booked. And the price was outrageous. I was completely blindsided by the description and cost vs. the reality of this place.

Then she wanted us to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else. We chose not to. We chose to stay in the room that she said was not a good room on the bad side of hotel This person should not even work in customer service because she has terrible ability to speak to people the way she does. She not only called us names, she called my son who has a prolonged stay for work with them names too. Her attitude definitely made our day short and miserable. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Way overpriced for what you get. It was more equivalent to a motel than a hotel.

Our room had stains on the carpet and hair still in the shower.

Definitely pass on this hotel. Our room smelled horrible, I’m assuming from the carpet based on how stained/old/dirty it was. Our room was not cleaned properly before we arrived- the shower was dirty with hair multiple places. When I used a towel to wipe down our sink, it got brown stains on it. Our comforter was ripped and our air conditioner was covered in lint. There were multiple gnat-like bugs flying around the room. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced; staff did not even bother to ask how our stay was when we checked out, probably because they already knew.

Easy access to the highway while being far enough away to not hear the noise as you sleep.

Nice breakfast. Handy location.

Older hotel, but met our needs for one night

Room was nice, breakfast was very good Location was also very good, some really good restaurants with in walking distance. Parking bothered me, I was not able to park in front of our room because it was a free for all. I think that if I have a ground floor room then I should be able to park in front of my room instead I had to park around back and walk. Very irritating to me. Room carpet was dirty and had many stains-kind of gross Fitness room equipment was good but the room was a little suffocating and hard to breath as it's adjacent to the pool, needs ventilation even if only a fan

Location it’s good but needs allot of work.

This motel is on the main drag through town near the water, so don't expect quiet evenings. But this means you get easy to a half-way decent place to grab some grub and grog.

The location of this motel was very convenient and the staff provided us with a map of the town plus suggestions for dining.

This was a pretty low grade motel, definitely not a hotel. Think of an old motel 6. We had to get 2 rooms because we have 3 kids. The second room had an overwhelming smell of cats, so we had to change rooms after checking in. All rooms had a musty, old cigarette smell to them. The staff was super helpful, got us different rooms and let us know of places to see in the area. Lots of outside noise. We were next to the ice machine, which was visited throughout the night. Lots of road noise and sirens. The breakfast was OK. We thought it was pretty funny that there were bottle openers next to the doorknob in the bathrooms. It was definitely not worth the price.

Kitchen area was great to bring food and drinks. Highly Recommend !
