There are cockroaches, and the treatment and service are very poor.

Nice place and friendly

Hot tub didn't work. So it was just a big tub.

And

The room was very neat and clean. The area is under construction in several areas.

It is what you would expect from a place priced at this amount

Toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush. Had to switch rooms and there were no more first floor rooms available. Have a senior dog and it was a struggle getting her upstairs and downstairs.

Nothing because of all the bugs There was cock roaches everywhere! Soon as the door opened they were running everywhere.

I don't know if it was the side we were on but usually the side we used to say on was decent. It looked newer. We'd never gotten a room on the other side. It didnt even look like it's been renovated. Balcony slanted like it was ready to fall off. Holes in the wall, tub peeling off, curtain filthy, roaches. Also, was to receive deposit back in 3 days. Have not received it yet

No joke, shower handle broken in 1st and 3rd room, so no shower!!! Second move could not access room because the electronic door lock would not open. This is a live in facility with lots of families and group cooking. NOT a place to get a good nights sleep, SHOWER OR REST. This place is not worthy of even being listed. I do have pictures for the refund.

Bed sheets, pillows covers where stingy and smelled really bad, shower wasn't working, cockroach everywhere 😒

Ac doesn’t work, staff rude and rooms are nasty

The water pressure in the shower was pretty good, and the shower head was decent. It's almost like it does not belong there and that the water pressure being great was an accident somehow. The place was not in the best area and there was rif raf staying there. People were arguing outside my door at 3 in the morning and playing Jamaican music and slamming doors. I was surprised my Expedition was not stolen. The light over the sink could not be shut off so I took the cover off to remove the light bulbs and one was burnt out and the part that the bulb sticks in was melted. When I took the bulb out that was on, it sparked and flared fire for a second and I thought the place was going to burn down. It stopped and I did not replace the bulb. Definite fire hazard. The cord for the ac unit was sticking up through the floor, and the floor was split and messed up. Pretty shotty job. The front door does not sit right in the frame. Sink would not drain when I brushed my teeth.

Nothing We got put in a room that wasn't clean they moved us the floors were sinking in the shower wouldn't shut off it just kept turning, there was no trash can, no ice machine, honestly worst night of sleep in my life

Let me back up, the hotel/motel was not in the best of places, my fault for not doing a little homework when choosing a place to stay for one night. The room was clean, however the bathroom was disgusting. Repairs had been made in the small bathroom however, the walls had a texture finish and the repairs were vey obvious. The tub was NOT clean at all. It was disgusting. Which then takes me to the towels. Definitely needed replaced, one towel had a clear stain on it and towels overall were thin and not exactly white. The bed was adequate, but the three pillows on the bed were flat. I did do a quick bedbug check and did not find anything. There was some type of cleaning (?) solution on the floor which made it very slippery. The room air conditoner is basically a residential model and either you freeze or it bakes you. Not likely I would repeat a stay at this location.

Nothing is updated. Why are the tvs so small and the microwaves are so old. Fine they have no one to clean the pool. But blaming on COVID 19 is far fetched.
