Clean room

The area offered a lot of convenience as far as going to pretty much any store, or restaurant you wanted; but the traffic density, and road work made it a pain to go just about anywhere as well. Each restaurant we ate at in the area was b/w 1.5 and 2 miles from our hotel; but would take literally take 12 - 20 minutes to get there. There were more than a few times I went out to the vehicle and saw ppl "walking" through that made me hesitant to leave anything of value in plain sight in the vehicle. To be fair there were no issues; just giving my perception. The price was fair and overall our stay was good. As I noted at the start, if I could give it 4.5 out of 5 I would - the half star off would be for the need for a little TLC and some updates; and how inconvenient going anywhere was (although to be fair, that certainly is not the hotel's fault).

We have stayed here multiple times and the girls that run breakfast do an amazing job.

I had a wonderful trip and staying at Best Western was more than expected. Awesome staff, breakfast, amenities, etc. Recommend to others who are traveling nearby the area.

Absolutely great hotel. Clean staff was pleasant pool perfect and there breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast ended too early at 9 AM, but the many different coffees available 24/7 was very good. There was no maid service each day & that was not said at check in. Checking for basic supplies in rooms should be better supervised. A smile & welcome would have been nice aftet a 9 hour rIde to get there, check in was too unwelcolming, even tbough the lady was nice, she hardly made eye contact. The property was very clean, quiet, convenient to highway & food, & 20 minutes from the Ohio State Fair, which is why we came. We loved the Fair!

Everyone was friendly and there was a pool, hot tub, workout room, and complimentary breakfast. The only issue we had was we told them we needed the hide-a-bed ahead of time? But it was not ready for us and they ran out of pillows by the time we got it made up.

There is a HUGE pothole at the entrance to the property that they need to repair. This place is one we stay at quite frequently because of the location and the breakfast included. I always enjoy my stay here.

Room was perfectly clean. Shower had great water pressure and temperature. Breakfast bar was fully stocked and food was fresh.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower very good, and the breakfast delicious!

To be honest the stay wasn’t too bad at all- I was staying here due to meetings down town ohio… so it wasn’t bad but for having to come with my kids, i feel parking was so limited, and pool was ok but seemed like it needed up-keeping not sure if cleaning or just upgrade.. carpet in halls needs super deep cleaning - and our room had like a humidity smell which was a little annoying- overall the location is really close to all stores and restaurants which was a major convenience everything was within 5-10 min if not less…

The property is also across the street from an ice cream parlor that is excellent!!

Good breakfast

The room was really clean! We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. The staff were also super friendly , welcoming, & helpful! We were not far from the casino. We will definitely be back. I have no complaints.

Everything was sticky and gross. The beds were absolutely horrible like sleeping on a board.
