The property was in distance of there we needed to be. Very nice but had some minor issues. An out of order elevator made it a little inconvenient with only one working elevator to service the many guests trying to get to where needed to go. I asked for an itemized statement only to receive an incomplete generic one by email.

Nice large room with 2 queen beds, a couch and a coffee table. We spent afternoons in the pool and appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning.

Great stay in a suite with pull out sofa for times our SIT was available after graduation. Close to shopping and not far from the riverfront area downtown.

The location was close to everything I needed for my stay. There was nothing to not like.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. It was very quiet even though the hotel appeared to be completely booked with lots of movement in hallways. Ice machines only on floors 1,3 &5. No ice machine on my floor. No toilet tissue in opublic guest bathroom on first floor at 8:00 a.m. (during breakfast). One elevator was sporadically out of service with the hotel packed with softball tournament players in addition to the many other guests.

The young man who checked us in was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. What really impressed me, though, was the exceptional customer service we received later. My husband called the front desk, but the phone connection was poor and they couldn't hear each other. Before my husband even had a chance to go downstairs, there was a knock at our door. I believe his name was Bush, and he said, "I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you on the phone. How can I help you?" That level of service was truly above and beyond. Great property, but even better staff. We'll definitely remember that experience.
