You can always count on holiday inn for a nice clean room

The staff at the Holiday Inn express was so kind and helpful. My visit was very pleasant and nice.

One of the front desk girls can use serious improvement on her manners. She gave me keys to the room and the key did not work. I had to come back down to the front desk to tell her the key didn't work and she acted like it was too much trouble for her to reset the key. Not cool not appreciated. She should have a talking to.

Breakfast was good, what you typically expect for an included hotel breakfast on the go. The lady working in the breakfast room both mornings was very pleasant and helpful, sorry I didn't get her name. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the floor was slippery when getting out of the shower. There also was no bar near the sink to hang the hand towel on, so it had to lay on the vanity, just a personal preference for it to hang up. Also, the holder for the soap, was mounted to the wall away from the sink, so it was very difficult not to get water all over your belongings or the vanity when trying to use the provided soap when washing hands. Again, a small thing, but still could be better handled.

No adult swim hours, my boyfriend & I wanted to use the hot tub since it was after 10 pm and there was a baseball league of kids that just took over the pool & hot tub being very disrespectful and no parents around, we couldn’t even swim. No pool towels.

When we first got there I was disappointed with it because either I reserved the Disabled Room or somehow we got a disabled room. The staff was so friendly and kind they offered to switch my rooms. The breakfast that we had was good. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The pool was awesome!! Next time I want to check out the fitness center while I am there

The free breakfast. Glad it was free. VERY basic and tasteless. Powdered eggs, no taste sausage and then potatoes cooked in peppers that overwhelmed one with the taste of peppers and nothing potatoe

Staff was friendly and property is nice and what you’d expect from a holiday inn express line. Gas station and dispensary across the street along with a Taco Bell (smart planning there) and the college, hospital, and other amenities within just a few minutes drive. Our daughter is a freshman at Mizzou so I’m sure we will be staying here many times again!

Staff was not helpful at all on a 2 bedroom booking I spent over $400 on and wouldn’t let me check in due to being local. Anyone spending that kind of money should be welcomed
