We stayed at this location due to the amazing reviews and they were accurate. The staff was helpful if we needed anything, everything was super clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfy. We were very glad we chose to stay there.

Only one issue in two nights..room 418 has a loud heavy motor sound evidently air handler on roof. Otherwise wonderful stay.

We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

It was handled quickly and professionally but when we got there , there was glass in the pool, which we didn't notice, when we first got in, and they had to shut it down right after we got there , the pooll is what I look forward to the most on vacation. As it turns out some previous family decided to take the glass from the fire pit and throw it in the pool. By the time we were allowed back in the sun was going down so it was to cool. But they were very nice about it, its not like it was dirty or anything. Just some ppl like to ruin it for everyone else. I do Love Holiday Inn. This was the only time I was disappointed.
