This hotel is next to the airport, so great location and supper clean and safe. We walk around, enjoy the beautiful summer weather, flowers, trees, and more. The receptionist tells us that she will helps to add our son in our room, but she didn't mentioned the incredible difference in the total cost, and then the hotel charged our credit card with a huge bill as we add our son in our room almost the same price for another room. They charged us almost the same price for two rooms for one room.

Great place to stay for the money.

Quiet room, they were able to accommodate my requests for a first floor room and a late checkout. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, good breakfast

We got there a bit early so our room wasn't ready. However, the gentleman at the front desk took excellent care of us. While we sat in the lobby waiting, he brought us a goodie bag (drinks/snacks). We had questions about the area and he answered them, besides showing us on maps where we wanted to go. Wonderful service. Kudos.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. The laundry facilities were extremely clean and convenient. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed in our stay. The top 2 reasons we didn't enjoy it there was the very powerful dog smell in our room. It smelled like we were staying inside a dog's kennel. I know the hotel is pet friendly, but the smell was overpowering the moment we first walked into the room and it permeated everything. We didn't have an animal with us, so we know for sure the smell was already there when we got there. The other disappointment was that this was the most cramped hotel room i have ever stayed in. There was hardly any room to walk past each other and the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous with how tightly everything was placed. Our other complaint was that the hotel had pretty limited parking, and didn't seem to have enough spaces for guests getting back to the hotel later in the evening. You had to park in adjacent hotel parking lots. And although this was more than likely a city issue, the hotel lost power during our stay and it happened to be during a heat wave. So, we were in there with no air conditioning for a time. Thankfully the power did come back on within a couple of hours, but it didn't help with our already disappointing experience.
