Room was clean, view and location was amazing. For me, the staff-less checkin and checkout is amazing, since I know my way around technology Waited for some people in front to figure out how the electronic self checkin system works. Finding the door code in my emails was a bit difficult. Hallway is a bit narrow

The check-in process was difficult and no one is on site. After traveling several hours, we had to wait for some.one to get us in the room and later give us a room key. And they did not accommodate an early check in. No flexibility with any changes..as a traveler, changes are common.. this place does accommodate nor is there a person on site.

Small rooms, not enough light.

Since we are on a central touristic square - there is a lot of noise coming in from the surrounding restaurants/bars - only on the weekends.

It was big, clean and very nice and near the Dom and waterfront. There was nothing not to like

More clarity on how to get in - we got lucky to catch the main door as people were leaving. No staff onsite it seems.

Location was okay, Complementary coffee. The room was extremely noisy, both from within the hotel and from outside, even with the window fully closed. This made it very difficult to rest or sleep. There was no staff available to assist guests or check on issues, which made the stay feel poorly managed and unsupported. The bathroom had a heating system, but there was no button or control to turn it on. As a result, it remained cold throughout the stay, which was very uncomfortable. During freezing winter conditions, there should at least be a way to turn on the room heating before guests arrive, so the room is at a comfortable temperature. On my first night, the room was so cold that I was unable to sleep and ended up getting sick. I visited for a business meeting, and arriving to a freezing room, sleepless and sick, negatively impacted my performance and overall experience.

Room was noisy as there was construction next door. Workers were using a jackhammer on the wall behind the bed starting at 7am. Shower walls were molded.

It's just 10 minutes away from the main train station which is very convenient and the view from my window was very nice! The bathroom tiles were a little bit old which made it look not clean at all, also there is no hairdryer.

Location was the best! Unfortunately there is no parking place and needed to walk with luggage around the street.

We crashed for the night before our flight. It was warm and comfortable. Note that the last allowed checkin is at 22:00. The staff was kind enough to leave us the keys because we were late. The breakfast was good. Nothing

Location was great. We looked out over the Gnome Market...Perfect. Self check-in worked like a charm. Room was smaller but perfect for what we needed
