Location was decent AC was very loud and leaked, carpet was soaking wet when we got there, only one towel was provided

The attention was poor, the internet didn’t work the ac started to leak and they didn’t change us the room.

When I arrived to the property, the property was dark, the floors were sticky when checking in, and it was humid. When I went up to my room, the bed was damp, the room smelt of still air, and it was sticky, there was mold on the ceiling, one face towel, and the bathroom floor was disgusting. The computer chair was filled with white substance, and the picture decor was filled with plastic sticky, spitball looking things. I asked to change to another room, which was granted, the lady at the front desk stated she was not only the receptionist, but also the cleaning attendant. She moved me to another room they next room had a water leaking from the AC area ,mold in the AC mold in the vents and the bed was wet with dirty linen, my window was cracked, and there was moisture and rust all on the window. I did not stay. I went down to the office and turned in my keys and stated that I felt as if there was a health issue if I continue to stay there as well as a safety issue. I contacted Hotels.com and asked for a full refund, which I am still pending at this time.

Staff, including how's keeping, were very nice.The place is super clean,and well maintained. Pool area needed tables with umbrellas, there was a towel shortage going on, and hallways needed touching up.

This site had an ongoing issue when we arrived. then to soon find out they had oversold their hotel. they then tried to force us and another family in a king room, but the pull-out sofa was molded and soaking wet. NOT GOOD.

Great location , clean, very satisfied

Personally did not stay the night, conditions were really bad. Reservation room was not honored, given a downgrade. Room was very wet and humid. Beds had some stains. AC did not work. Did not stay the night and forced to find else where to stay.

This hotel was priced right for the value. The room was clean and shower worked great. The water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast was nice in the morning. They had scrambled eggs and sausage. The woman running the breakfast was very helpful. It was a little strange to get to the hotel because you have to drive through parking lots and it’s kind of hidden. We’ll stay here again.

Stayed here for a night. Staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, the lady preparing it was kind and friendly. The room was clean but do not expect this hotel to look completely new because it isn’t. Overall I had a good experience.

Clean, nice big room! Had extra items I had forgotten at home. Centralized location in CS easy to get around. Will be rebooking when visiting again!

Check in and check out was okay. I only interacted with the front desk personnel minimally and they were friendly. However, once we entered our room (306 I believe), the entry light did not work. And then the bathroom faucet wasn’t even secured, it was loose and coming out of the hole. The drawers had no handle and the toilet paper holder also came off the wall. Mold in shower. I’m pretty sure there was urine droplets on the floor from the previous guest. I told the front desk who did not seem shocked or concerned.

The first room was okay but the door locking mechanism was not working. The following day the moved us to the room next door and there was mold in the restroom and in the closet. My family and I did not stay the 2nd night. We decided to take the 3 hour drive back home. The staff was friendly and helpful when they moved us rooms but the mold in the room was the reason we opted to leave.

I only liked the location of the hotel in reference to where I needed to be. Upon entering my first room, I saw stains on the walls. And when I entered the bathroom, there was a cockroach. I immediately asked for a new room, which I got. The new room had broken handles, cabinetry, and flooring in the bathroom. The sofa chair and lampshade were stained. And the microwave was dirty. There wasn’t that many options in the continental breakfast either.
