One of the biggest issues was an interaction I had with a male staff member. He made me extremely uncomfortable during my stay and asked me if I was single while behaving in a way that I found very inappropriate and creepy. Because of his behavior, I did not feel comfortable or at ease during my stay. The breakfast was also very underwhelming. The options were basically yogurt, fruit, muffins, and cereal, with only one type of milk available. As someone who is lactose intolerant and cannot drink regular 2% milk, I was disappointed that there was no alternative such as almond milk. The furniture in both the lounge area and my room was visibly stained, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained. My room keys also repeatedly stopped working, and I had to have them reactivated multiple times. The elevator was another major concern. It was in poor condition and felt unsafe every time I used it. I genuinely felt like it could malfunction at any moment. Overall, between the uncomfortable interaction with the staff member, limited breakfast options, stained furniture, unreliable room keys, and concerning condition of the elevator, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Didn't like how the hallways smelled. Room wasnt too bad but couldnt tolerate the smell. Left a day earlier than planned and was told no reimburements. Was just staying 3 days until my closing so I requested a 1st floor room due to the items I was travlling with. I was given a 2nd floor room in the furthest location possible and told they have an elevator

Microtel was okay for the money. The shower was the best , nice and hot and powerful , although the floor of the shower could do with a good scrub with bleach and lysol, the ac worked okay, the internet was fine, the room basically clean and linen decent . The breakfast super sparse, all of 5 bananas, four slices of bread, four muffins, 6 pots of yoghurts and some sunny d, that was for everyone , not one person. very very sad. The staff were helpful enough though couldn’t manage much of smile . Overall decent, okay for the money

Unfortunately it was one of the closest to the Atlanta airport and we arrived late.

Dirty Dirty. Trash at entrance completely over flowing

Was a decent and safe place to rest. The staff was helpful. Could use some maintenance upgrades and a better breakfast selection, but other than that was pretty good.

Property was filthy and in ill repair
-
It didn’t match whatever, it was showing pictures on online. It shows there a mini fridge in room but there wasn’t one, and the ceiling was looking old, the outside and front area was looking dirty and poor maintenance.
-
Property needs a face lift. Hallways, elevators and stairwells need basic maintenance.
-
The door doesn’t lock

That the handicap walk in shower room was the last room on the hallway and had to walk so far. The owners are not that friendly and seem to have attitudes. The front desk gentleman that works in the mornings was very kind and nice.

It has nothing to like This hotel has terrible service and facilities. To begin with, at check-in the receptionist wouldn't even look at you; she was completely engrossed in her phone. The bathroom door lock was broken and jammed against the floor. The air conditioning kept turning off at night. It advertises breakfast as included, but when we went down at 7:30, there was only a thermos of coffee without milk, cream, or anything else, four slices of bread, a banana, and two bowls of cereal—nothing else. And it wasn't like the hotel was full! I had to leave and find another hotel in better condition. When we checked out, the receptionist was sitting barefoot outside the counter, just looked up, said "bye," and went back to her phone. What a terrible experience at this hotel!

Only good I can say is the desk staff was decent. Hotel desk staff these days at both high end and low end hotels these days are horrible so that was a surprise. Traveling on budget microtel in most states I've been have been decent. This one not so much. While the room itself was tolerable, the lobby, elevator and hallways need major upgrades. The elevator is old dirty and randown. You feel like you are in psych ward elevator from the scary movie of your choice. The elevator also smelled like stale Marijuana the whole time I was there. The is only one ice machine for the hotel located in the lobby. The bathroom in the room is upgraded but the shower has permanent dark marks and stains. I had to wipe the bathroom door and handles down with my lysol wipes because there was some type of yucky film buildup all over it that you could not see but could definitely feel. I an assuming this is due thorough coding not being performed regularly. By the second night my sinuses were going crazy my guess for that is curtains and other fabric components in the room not being cleaned regularly. I ultimately had to go buy Flonase so I could breathe in the room and lysol spray to spray everything down with which helped a little bit. The breakfast offered at this microtel was very limited compared to the plentiful breakfast full of options I have experienced at other Microtel properies. If you just need a cheap place to lay your head then ok.. stay away if you want clean.

The fact that I accidentally did 2 bookings and the owner made sure that my $73.62 over payment was refunded. No breakfast even though it was advertised that they had it and the channel selection on the TV wasn't very good.
