Quality Inn & Suites Clinton - Jackson West

No ice in the ice machine which was next to the non-functioning pool and hot tub. Only one for the entire premises. Things were broken, dirty, kind of gross.

First room was not clean and had no phone, clock or microwave. The second room was decent except for the wad of candy stuck to the floor. Room was not refreshed after the first night and the front desk person blew it off (“I guess they didn’t feel like cleaning your room”). The “breakfast” was also very sparse. Even for a budget hotel stay, this one was disappointing.

Always stay for the convenience to Hinds Community College.

The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful.

They cancelled the reservation because all rooms are smoking. all are smoking rooms. They are no non-smoking rooms. I booked non-smoking room.

I walked in the room looked around and walked right back out. I was not staying in a room that had stained bedding, cigarette burns on the bedding, cigarette butts on the floors, dust hanging from the ceilings. I can go on and on….

Clean but a bit worn down. Fine for a stop on a road trip where all you need is a place to sleep and shower.

A drunk woman tried to break into my room at 3am. I yelled at her and told her that I had a weapon and she went away.

Needs updating, some areas did not appear to be clean, no Kleenex, and only one water cup in bathroom

Disgusting property. Paid extra for a non smoking room it smelled like smoke, the sheets and blankets were covered in cigarette burns. Advertised a pool and hot tub. They were both closed and honestly if they were open I wouldn't get in it or allow my kids to get in because the place was so gross. Room was not clean and the bathroom was even worse. There was something smeared on the wall. It looked like blood or possibly feces. They had breakfast but we did not get any. The facility was too gross and we didn't trust the food to be prepared in a sanitary way.

The manager at the desk was helpful and the room was ok. Could have been a little cleaner and in better shape.

Location. Shower pressure Pillows. Blanket on bed was ripped. Sheets stained. Pool closed. Outside light coming in around door. Used wash cloth left hanging in bathroom.

Convenient to highway and food services.

The location The room smelled like wet carpet. The bed felt damp, the towels felt damp. The smell was horrible. Place is dated.

Clean room quiet and safe.
