I arrived 1 hour before check in and staff said room is available but have to pay $20 per one hour. This hotel is not 4 star!!!

Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back.

I didn’t like anything at this hotel. It was rundown, dirty, falling apart. The staff was very unfriendly & not helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I would never stay here again, it was not clean at all. Behind the curtain was a huge cobweb full of dust and a big spider. There was garbage left on the desk and behind the bathroom door. I would have asked for a refund but no one was at the front desk when I was checking out, so I just left.

The property needs a little TLC. We stayed here 4 years ago and it has definitely gone downhill. The continental breakfast was sad.

The property was excellent. Clean, inviting. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were there 4 nights, and it was very fine from start to finish. I would readily stay there again when visiting the area.

The room was clean and comfort. We had a problem with the lack of towels in both the room and the pool. There were no hand towels at all in the hotel. The pool and gym are nice but the pool is not checked for cleanliness and clean towels. Guests left food containers behind and no one was on top of it.
