The room was very clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, as it was our first trip to Cleveland and we didn't know our way around the city. We did not take advantage of either the bar for their breakfast (because I was there for surgery at Cleveland Clinic), but I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!

Nice staff. Sink was backed up. Toilet backed up…we reported and no one helped. We do not ask for room change first day but the last night our room was not freshened until 5:45 pm as we were getting ready for the evening. Elevator was not acceptable. We were told the 2nd one had been out of order for 2 yrs. Staffing over worked with not enough help. Will not stay here again

Location was about the only thing that I enjoyed about the hotel although the valet service was a pain. I could go on and on here but I won’t. I thought I was checking into what seemed to be a very upscale hotel. No. That is not what i checked into. Poor quality refurbishment on an old hotel to make it look new.

The bed was comfy and the price is acceptable for the area. If you’re coming for a game, the location can’t be beat. If you’re trying to get in during a game day but aren’t into it yourself… I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location and convenience to the e ent we were attending was perfect! Was not as clean as my last stay and seemed to be a smaller room for way more of a price. There were no pillows and blankets for the fold out couch, dirty finger prints everywhere throughout the room. Bed was comfortable though.

I've stayed here twice for baseball games and absolutely love it. Super close, clean, and surprisingly quiet.

No microwave , cost of one night room was outrageous and will never stay again

The hotel was great! It was walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the baseball field. Rooms were clean and quiet.

No waste basket in the room but a very small one in the bathroom. Shower was dirty. Very close to everything you could ask for. Valet only. Great staff.

Bar closed early. Limited menus. Took was not serviced well. Rates were too high for the accommodations provided.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The only issue I had is not being allowed to valet park. I guess they could not take any more cars. So we had to park in the garage behind the hotel
