Reviews

It was a very clean room but a little scuffed up. The staff was superb; helpful and very pleasant. The ice maker didn't work on our floor, had to go to lobby.
-
The were upgrading the outside of the building so there was construction. Streaming was not an option in the room
-
Construction on the street is hectic, but establishment is excellent!
-
We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.
-
Canceled my reservation without any notice. Left me on my own to find other accommodations.
-
Good location, wonderful staff, clean facilities
-
The staff Mike was very rude and unprofessional, which caused me not to stay there. To go and book me a room somewhere else. And i've given great reviews before, but with this experience I will never, ever return to that facility again

On the one of the two nights we had stayed the water was shutdown, the elevators weren’t working and at the AC was shut off. While walking in the hallways I saw multiple room doors left open and no one was inside. We were seriously scared for our safety. I requested to talk to the manager but he was never available to talk. Please if you care for your family safety and security don’t stay in this hotel.

Good

Our first room smelled so bad. It has a cologne smell that made me so nauseous. We asked for a different room. They did not have the same type of room but were able to change to a different kind. That room was clean and fine.
-
Make sure you ask to have your room made up. If not it won't happen.

We checked into our and we were told the pool and hotub were down. The whole building is under renovation. The room we booked and paid for was not available. They only had double bed rooms available which is cheaper room. They gave us a "complimentary" breakfast instead for our more expensive room offset.Wecame down for breakfast at 9:30 to be told that it was already over. We have never had these issues with this particular hotel. Hopefully a one time issue.

I rate the hotel as fair. There were spots on the carpet, which I covered with towels. There was no complimentary breakfast. I am a senior and became confused about the door key. The staff could have been more attentive and alert to assist me in clearing the confusion.

This location is 21 to check in. There is no age verification to book a room so if you do not check every policy drop tab before booking you will be fat out of 130 bucks because there was no visible warning unless you went looking for it. The only other spot that lists a 21 requirement is after you book a room and give them your card info and go to check in requirements.

The location
-
Satisfactory, spent less than 10 hours at the property and wouldn’t have wanted to spend much longer than that. Room was clean but very dated and worn. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall it served its purpose and was a fine value for the money.

There were several maintenance issues during our 2 night stay. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. The keypad for re-entry from the outside pet area was gone so the door had to be propped open with a rock. The computer system was down during check-in and we were sent to an occupied room. We had to go to the desk to get towels and toilet paper because the room was not sufficiently stocked. The staff was friendly but obviously dealing with numerous issues property-wide. Not what I expected from Hilton.
-
Be aware that breakfast is now via a menu at an extra cost that you can charge to your room. The carpet tiles in the elevator were apparently loose and coming up… so maintenance (?) apparently that staples were an appropriate fix. Not a standard I’m used to seeing at a Hilton property.

Lots of key issues with our rooms
