The location was spectacular. Great view. Quiet rooms. Lots of amenities nearby. We walked everywhere and was always greeted with warm welcomes by the staff. Will absolutely stay at this Hilton location again.

Properyty was well kept but food was bad. Meal was cold. Hostess said we need to go on wait list after a sr manager said no reserevations were needed upon check in.

Amazing stay, close to all amenities downtown. Staff was great three bars and restaurants to choose from. Check-in and parking very convenient and easy to navigate.

The ac never got to the temperature we set in the room leaving the room hot and stuff. We reported the bathroom door handle was broke upon arrival and wasn’t fixed. There weren’t enough towels.

The hotel, staff, restaurants, and even the parking were first rate. We loved it; the front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant were so nice and accommodating. We absolutely loved the view of the lakeshore, channel, Browns stadium, and the lakeside airport. We can not wait to return to Cleveland and we will definitely stay at the Hilton!

Great location Our room was on the 31st floor…..and it didn’t cool down very fast….it was 75 degrees when we arrived and stayed that way for hours

The location was perfect for our visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The chairs in the lobbies and bar were stiff and uncomfortable. The meal price is Elliot’s was expensive.

Wonderful hotel - they upgraded our room to a corner room for free and the views of the lake and the stadium are amazing. Excellent rooftop bar with great food.
