Baymont by Wyndham Clarksville Northeast

The staff were very helpful, kind and understanding, this review is not directed toward them in anyway. The room was made and ready to receive a guest, however, there were numerous egregious things that I notice. The room smell horrendously of smoke, even though it was billed as nonsmoking. The bathroom was “clean” but was noted to be stained on the shower and sinks. Cigarette burns were noted in the furniture. Bedbugs were noted and visible on the white sheets. The outside environment was notably unsafe with noted extreme police presence. I would not recommend.

The room was clean and a good size. We were in Clarksville on what the local news said was the hottest day of the year, with a temperature of 100 degrees. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature and we made good use of it shortly after our arrival (the room air conditioner was excellent too!). The breakfast was beyond what we expected. It included the standard waffle maker, bagels and muffins you typically find at this price point, but we were shocked to find cheese omelets and hash browns as well. We would definitely return to this hotel if we were in Clarksville again.

Shower sucked room needs a overhaul

The hotel stunk, the room was nasty, spider webs on the wall it was just horrible.. I requested a refund immediately

I booked for 12 o'clock to leave my room They come to me at 11:15 stating I needed to leave saying my online request was denied with no proof or professionalism at all.. which i never received a notification or text saying this .. but I did get one for 12

I expect a full refund for 07/24 & 07/25. I have videos and photos of bed bugs and cockroaches

Perfect for our nights stay

Not much...location was convenient. Mold EVERYWHERE. Room smelled bad. Overflowing trash cans outside. Wasp nests by the fire extinguishers. Disgusting unusable furniture. This property seemed to be mostly used by the unfocused population and completely not taken care of. Between this and the 1 other Wyndham property we stayed at, we will never ever stay at a Wyndham property again. I hope I didn't catch any diseases.

The stay at Baymont was overall good. Bed was comfortable and tv worked great. Room was quiet and staff were friendly. I’d stay there again

Clean and affordable excellent staff

Hotel was great

This is an older hotel but has been very well kept. It is very clean, quiet, great staff, and convenient to everything. The staff is so nice the owner is here everyday walking around making sure everything is ok. We stay here a lot because of how nice and convenient it is to everything.

Breakfast was great and the beds are so comfortable

Large king room and large bathroom. Very comfortable

The first room we were put in had hair everywhere and smelled like mildew. Stains all over the bed. The second room had holes in the wall and stains on the bed as well. TV did not work either. Looks to me like a drug hotel. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.
