We were in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated and the location is very good. The apartment is self-catering and contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. Prior to the stay the communication was good and the host was very accommodating. On the day of check in the communication was not so good. Per chance I found out the host was not well. The one bathroom’s dustbin was not empty and I found an old scab on the bathroom counter. The toilet was leaking. Some of the bedding did not smell clean. It was very cold and the mounted wall heaters in one of the rooms are all cracked. The wifi does not work, it is very weak and could not connect in the rooms at all. Cellphone signal is very poor as well so most of the evening we were unable to connect.

Cleanliness, quietness and proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. The environment is safe and friendly. The bed is so huge and comfy, the same goes to the bathroom having both a bathtub and a full body shower. Struggled to find a dustbin inside and outside. Since breakfast is not offered, a kitchen area would be beneficial for one to prepare own food/breakfast. Winter sheets now in April coming into May would really be beneficial since the cold season is dawning.

Large room; microwave and fridge; nice bathroom with huge bath; plenty of coffee, tea, etc. No secure parking, bedlamp faulty, no fresh milk.

Central and easy to get to the restaurants. Appreciated the lock box system. The kids loved the little yogurts and grapes.

Great communication for check in. There was a mix up with our booking through Booking.com, however this was quickly sorted by the staff at 278 promptly when identified prior to check in. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Great central location. Easy walking to all of the shops and restaurants. Felt safe walking home. Lovely stay, would for sure stay again if in the area. Thank you! Ceiling fan did not work in both rooms booked, but there was an alternative fan provided.

Loved the location stayed here before as you can just walk everywhere but yet still not noisy, LOL the chimming of the church bell every hour and half hour but suppose it adds to the charm of the town

Location was great, staff very friendly and room value for money, it’s not 5 star great for a short stay, that said we didn’t pay a 5 star price. All was great for the price we paid
