Clean room and helpful staff.

Everything perfect except the most important thing: beds were super uncomfortable and small. Mattresses were hard, and double beds just don’t accommodate two people comfortably. They should call them two person rooms and not four person rooms.

The rooms/property was nothing like its pictures. Needs some serious upgrades. It’s extremely dated. Also, adding a roll a way bed wasn’t an option. Never experienced that at a Hilton.

Good location and nice hotel for visiting Claremont.

Clean room! Pool & fitness room were great. Excellent location.

I purchased the breakfast package with our stay and on our last day Ed Preston was our server and he was magnificent! He brought joy on a sad day when I was leaving my daughter to attend CGU! Thank you Ed! I appreciate your positivity and laughter. Nothing major. We could have used shower caps and a dish to set the soap on, and 4 sets of towels instead of only three.

Everyone from check in to check out were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was quite expensive.

It was a good location for my needs. The pool, hot tub and workout room were all good. The only issue I had was finding parking on Saturday night when there were events going on in the hotel. That ended up as a plus because the multi level lot shared with Trader Joe’s was very close and the lower level was shaded from the sun. Having the Trader Joe’s basically next store was great since I didn’t always want to eat out. I also enjoyed walking to the California Botanical Garden a couple of blocks away. See photo

All around great experience

Great stay! Clean and comfortable, good breakfast, close to the village.

Everything from the Lobby staff to the restaurant staff to the room service. Everything was great. Overall I would most definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The computers were down when we arrived for check in at 4pm. We were unable to check in until two hours later when they figured out an alternative method to get people to their rooms. People waiting were NOT happy! And it seems that Hilton should have made some concessions for those of us who had traveled far and were made to wait so long!! But I want to commend the staff, two women at the front desk, who were haveing to deal with so many irritated clients! They remained calm and professional despite having to face lots of angry people!

I got multiple bed bites over 2 nights. The parking is not too close to the building and the lot is dark to walk. The computer was down while checked in and needed to wait for a long time.

The Bad: the drain of the tub is blocked; at the end of taking shower, it would end up covering your feet in the water. The body-wash bottle was empty on day one and remained empty even after next day’s room service; I need to request a new bottle at the front desk.

Clean Room was hard to find based on instruction.
