Everything I needed was here, if you require any help all you have to do is ask, nothing is to much trouble. The room, the pool area, all areas of the hotel are kept to a great standard. There really is nothing that I didn't like about this property. The location is great.

Location was excellent, pool area and terraces were lovely and clean as were the restaurant and reception area. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. My only criticism was that being on my own when I went to the restaurant I went to get my dessert and the waitress had already cleared my table and taken my drink away.

Its location is good, the food is not very varied, but it was good (we had a half board reservation). The staff was normal and kind. We were on the top floor, the room it was very smelly, a mixture of mold and musty smell. We had to ventilate every day to have normal air There were also mold and soaking stains in the living room and bathroom. the bottom of the refrigerator is rotten.

Apartment was nice and clean and comfortable, had a good number of utensils to make food. One bed was wobbly though and the plumbing under the sink started leaking. Cleaners were lovely. Swimming pools were clean and nice. The food was AWFUL. Nothing tasted of anything, for a 4 star hotel I felt this was far below a decent standard. For what you pay I just think it should have been better, we only had breakfast and paid for dinner one night but to be honest I wish we hadn’t. Cooking in the apartment was way way better.
