Beds are comfortable. Horrible breakfast buffet with low quality items, poorly presented and non excisting service. Shower drain was slow and open bathroom concept isnt for me.

The rooms were spacious however, the declared size of each room does not seem accurate to me. Our room had a fridge and a kitchen with dining facilities. The location is close to Power Plant mall but I do not recommend walking at the bridge especially at night. 1. Parking is limited (the guard was helpful enough to find us a spot) 2. The description of Premier Room with 1 King bed was missed out on the app. We were expecting that there was a bath tub because it was the biggest room but there was none. 3. The TVs are dated. There were no option for streaming such as Netflix, HBO or Prime 4. The pool did not have a lifeguard or towels 5. The breakfast spread was disappointing

I found the breakfast very ordinary. I have worked in the Hotel industry and the quality of the food served at breakfast was not to the standard I would expect from a Novotel. The F and B Manager needs to be spoken to about the standard of food that he is providing not only during the breakfast service but for other food that is being provided. Meals being served cold.

The bed. lmao There aren’t many breakfast options. I was honestly expecting a wider selection given the price we paid. I’ve stayed at different hotels in the past, and so far, Novotel has the most limited breakfast buffet experience compared to the others.

Everything, we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing, it's just that it was raining, we didn't have a chance to swim.

The housekeeping was amazing and the free water was actually nice, all of the staff were accommodating which helped ease up things. the TV's needs upgrading it didn't have thae latest apps that makes the tv's worth, the tv cable connection is really bad it was glitchy and unwatchable at times.

The room is fresh, neat and clean no artificial fresher smell. I like the hotel gym too I wasn't informed how to connect to hotel free wifi. We could hear the doorbell from the other room. The housekeeping staff needs to improve. They did not replace the floor rug.
