You pay what you paid for. I love everything of this hotel/resort. Good food, nice beach, close to the airport, clean, all in one. Definitely I’ll be back. Best resort so far I’ve been. Wish staff accommodates or checking the needs of the customer in their restaurants. But overall nice experienced.

Staff are accommodating. Inform us for furst timers to apply membership and gave us voucher for free breakfast for kids ages, 7 to 11 years old. This was a great help/ free kayaking

The bed was comfortable and I love the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. The pool was clean. The shower curtain in the bathroom should be changed. There were too many people during breakfast in the main dining hall. We should have taken breakfast in the Italian Restaurant.

Love the hotel. It’s big & nicely laid out. Breakfast had great options but always very crowded. But maybe it was just a busy time.

The facilities were exceptional The hotel shows signs of aging. The bathrooms are outdated and in need of upgrading. The breakfast buffet was great except for the bacon which was soft rather crispy
