The road to the Property, especially when it rains.

The room was well appointed and Rooftop Restaurant was worth it Charged for 4 nights only stayed 3 nights no reply to my 5 emails. Coming home one night we were locked out of our Room for just under one hour before they managed to get our room open. I think there is better valve Hotels in Cebu then here.

Very nice Room well appointed, The Hidden Star Rooftop Restobar were the best two things i stuffed up the booking we were goner stay only 2 nights but decided to add an extra night i put in the 26th of June instead of 26th July. I contacted them via booking.com & via their email must have 5 or 6 times no answer to any of my emails so i ended up paying 4 nights instead or 3 nights. When we arrived i said I would settle for breakfast one morning they said no Booking.com got the extra money not them.

I thought this property is closed enough to the airport. But over all it was pleasant and the staffs was si helpful in accommodating my request.

Clean and modern facility. During our stay, we were repeatedly disturbed around 2:00 a.m. by loud knocking and the doorbell ringing, which disrupted our sleep. We later went to security to review the CCTV footage and discovered that masseurs had been knocking on our door. This was extremely frustrating, as we were exhausted the following morning. What made the experience worse was the staff’s lack of response. They did not offer reassurance or explain how they would prevent something like this from happening again. Personnel who have access to the property should be properly informed and more conscientious about respecting guests’ privacy and quiet hours.

Despite being an airport adjacent hotel, it was still a 20 minutes taxi to the airport. The swimming pool was weird and not very inviting.

Very clean and friendly staff. Siink was clogged though. Their lobby cafe staff was accommodating as well. I love the Hidden Star restaurant on the 6th floor which is why we booked this hotel! Location. It’s within residences and ways to go around is thru tricycle. They offer transportation services though with good price.

The street got flooded when it rained and there were no restaurants close by.

There were 2 things I didn't like about this place. First, there were a lot of ants in our room. We had to call someone to clean or get rid of those ants. After it was cleaned, ants came back but we just let it go. Anyway, we only stayed their for one night (second stay). Another thing that I didn't like about this hotel is the location. I thought the location was weird kasi papasok sa residential area. But anyway, overall experience was nice.

Nearby the airport. Simple but elegant look. The location itself was not a good choice to be in that area. It would be nice if they were in more accessible areas.
