The Cincinnatian Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton

I got two rooms both on 7th floor. Room 713 that I stayed in has a door problem. You have to slam the door to get it to close so it was extremely loud when we were coming in and out of the room. The other two guys stayed in room 731 and the air conditioning was broke. My friend called around 3am but at that time I guess I didn't expect the hotel to do much. They said the room felt like it was 100 degrees so they couldn't sleep. The valet was terrible also. You have to park in the middle of the street with cars flying by and wait for valet person to come out. When we checked in this was at least 20 minutes of waiting out in the street. The valet person was nice when he finally showed up but clearly he was the only person working. It's actually a little dangerous sitting in the middle of the street with cars coming behind you even with hazards on. People driving don't pay attention half the time. No chance at breakfast either. It would be nice to have something on a Sunday morning. The hotel has no cafe/restaurant. The hotel is in a good location for walking to restaurants and bars. The shower is very good. The room itself was fine. Unless I missed something the valet is supposed to be $42 but I was told it would be $50 when I parked my truck.

Only complaint would be have a conjoining room and the people in the other room were partying all night long -with that being said walls were pretty thin. Would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is centrally located. There is a great coffee shop adjacent to the lobby which is super convenient. Loved the large bathroom size and the comfortable pillows. What I didn’t love was the valet parking; Expensive and we had to wait over a half hour for them to retrieve the car. If you are in a hurry plan ahead. Otherwise, park in one of the nearby garages and save yourself some $$ and hassle.

Very nice place, but the bar was closed which was sorry if annoying.

The room was not clean enough. The only clean part of the room was the sheets/bedding. The towels were thin and seemed overused. The rooms also did not have enough towels. I would not stay here again.

The aesthetic was nice; but it’s definitely older and needs some maintenance across the board. Depending on the area of the building, you can overhear the traffic and any major road disturbance.

Hotel is located close to ballpark. Nice restaurant and coffee shop inside hotel.

How all was very helpful. View, coffee pot didn't work, no complimentary breakfast, complimentary water but had 3 dollar tag didn't know if would be charged for it or not. ‍♀️

Excellent Staff, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was acceptably clean, but I did notice what appeared to be dust on the louvers of the bathroom’s pocket door and on the HVAC vent over the bed. Again, I would consider the room clean overall.

Room was not cleaned and had to ask for towels . For the price you would think that service should be great

Perfect location Noise do to construction in room next to my room. Could smoke cigarettes . The outside front entrance need a good power wash.

Had a wonderful experience. We were greeted and helped immediately. Our rooms were ready ahead of schedule and were neat and clean. Easy access to all amenities and friendly and courteous throughout the visit. I will be back and this is the only hotel I will stay at in Cincinnati

The sleeping area was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed and TV were excellent, and the room was cool, comfortable, and very inviting. A few light bulbs were burned out, and the bathroom sinks could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Very nice historic hotel located in downtown close to restaurants and a close driving distance to a lot of venues.

The room was very clean with an exceptional bathroom, it was within walking distance of the ballpark and a good place to stay downtown.

Double headed shower, skylight in my room and the location was perfect.
