We got “upgraded” to a room that had a Connecting door to another room. There was zero sound insulation and the neighbours kept us awake all night. We complained and they comped our parking $30. Terrible response given the room was so much worse than the one we had booked and paid for.

It is in such a great location, central to everything including shops, lots of different restaurants and in the centre of town. Clean and tidy Car parking is limited, needs to be booked ahead and costs. Feel like this wasn’t well outlined on the page.

The staff were so kind, helpful, polite and cheery. Especially Delvinder, who went the extra mile for us. The rooms were so clean and comfy, the location is slap bang next to the cathedral, and opposite Wendy's if youre in need of a burger! Shops are just round the corner, and Riverside .arket is just a few minutes' walk away! The a/c wasn't massively effective, and the room felt a bit stuffy at times.
