I liked the handy location to Christchurch hospital. It was an easy walk through the stunning Hagley Park. The road noise was quite annoying at night as our unit was situated close by to Moorehouse Avenue.

We had a wonderful stay at Gothic Heights Motel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was comfortable, clean and well organised. We were very happy with our stay.

The room was spacious with a separate kitchen and ensuite. Clean, comfortable and good value for money for it's location close to the city. Christchurch Hospital was within walking distance (10 mins). Parking was easy, making it easy to come and go as needed.

Clean, and comfortable stay for 1 night in Chch. The unit was a good size for 2 friends travelling together - had a heat pump, a kitchen with all you need and simple bathroom. Approximately 20-min walk to Riversdie Markets - which is all flat.Quiet and at a good price.

Big parking space, decent room for a family of 3, exceptionally friendly staff. Helped me with late night check in by giving guidance on how to self check in. The kitchen is decent with a hot plate that allowed us to cook meals during our stay. WiFi is decent. Beds were decent. The area is very close to a great park and the centre of Christchurch main city. Just walk 20 mins and you're inside the city (D F souvenirs is just 20 mins away!) The staff are extremely friendly and even helped me when I accidentally tripped off the fire alarm! No complaints. Nothing that I didn't like. Everything was good.

Tidy, excellent parking right outside unit, bedroom was excellent size Floors were cold, need underfloor insulation or carpet. Wi-Fi signal drops out continuously, shower is only made for short people, and water pressure is a bit slow. Curtains could be better - very thin and light comes thru gaps.
