Heater was well below par. Rattled loudly as it ran and was not at all hot. Smoke alarm was beeping when I arrived and although I took it to the staff for battery replacement it never returned. Remote did not connect or control the television. Stain on the coffee table from glass of previous tenant indicating surfaces had not been wiped. I wiped the surface of the kitchen chair and my towel came up filthy. Shower pressure was very low. It was a very cold day and the room did not offer enough warmth. I had pointed this out to the staff member and he said the heater is 2000 watts. I said although that is what is written on it it was not as I could hold my hand on it and only feel a light warm not heat. Said he will look at it but never did. I went down twice to chase up these issues but door was locked and no reply. I can only assume I was left to survive this on my own. Dispite the price this was not even close to value for money.

No frills, but everything that you need for a good stay. Clean, warm, good parking, and close to town. Nothing to complain about.

I slept well once the room warmed up. I was pleased they provided milk after I said I would have to go find a shop. I was pleased I could turn a heater on to warm the very cold room. The room could have been warmed before I got there and the milk provided without asking. The "free" internet was not offered to me. The power points beside the bed did not work.

On arrival we got room 4 which is upstairs Lovely room but unfortunately with my bad hip wasn’t suitable so when I asked in office to change rooms to downstairs the guy was so amazing he gave us room 6 which was a blessing A lovely wee room with a tv so we could watch tv in bed A nice big bathroom and lovely shower Everything we needed in a room for a 3 night stay Was very surprisingly quiet seen as on busy Bealey Ave The windows didn’t have a safety latch option where we could sleep with window a tiny bit open or to let fresh air in
