Great staff, lovely clean and warm unit with plentiful bedding for cold Christchurch nights. Just a suggestion that a couple of oven/microwave dishes would be a good addition.

Great location for needing to be close to the train station. Lots of parking. No heatpump but several heaters provided, could only get 1 going though. Also arrived to the fridge/freezer not turned on which was a pain when we had several things that needed chilled/frozen

Location to the Westbrooke stadium. Everything was fine. Room felt like it was set up.for long stays. We only stayed one night.

Good location- right on bus route No. 7 into bus interchange, near the Transitional Cathedral . One bedroom apartment had plenty of room and was quiet , spotless and warm. Good linen and supplies of tea, coffee etc. Managers were very helpful when we were trying to sort public transport. They were happy to mind our luggage after checking out. No toilet available once we checked out but needed to leave baggage and return a few hours later.

We arrived at the motel at 1.15am via Super Shuttle from the airport due to a delayed flight and the owner/manager had the room already heated for us, the lights on and milk in the fridge for a hot drink. It was a one bedroom spacious apartment in walking distance to the Tower Junction shopping centre and the Orbital bus route, The owner/manager drove us to the Addington station early the next morning to catch the Tranz Alpine train to Greymouth. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing
